Our deep red Sun-Dried Tomatoes are wonderfully rich and sweet in flavour, as they’ve been left to intensify in the sun after ripening. Mix them into sauces, stews, salads and bread mixes to add some Mediterranean warmth to your meal.
These tomatoes can be added to your cooking as they are. They were sprinkled with salt during the drying process, so if you’d like to reduce their salt content, soak them in hot water for 20 mins. Then rinse and drain. After soaking, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
